CRASHED MY COMPUTER! Waste of money!!!

This program offers no useful features or actions! It doesnt do anything. Crashes a lot. It completes 56% or 78% or 95% then it goes not responding and crashes. The results were awful - as it does not actually convert files to any format whatsoever.
I am not going to waste my time trying to use. VERY disappointed! I am pretty inept when it comes to computers and I hate when I look at the companys help page and it lists the problem and the solution, my question is why dont you fix it so it works like it used to. Isnt this someones job? Save yourself some time and trouble and avoid this pile of junk!!!
